Ganja

It started innocently, one time like this after some wine,
we sit, we hang around, we know nothing about the world,
barely fifteen years old, well, clueless boys,
they roll their first green cigarette,
a swaying feeling kicks in when you light up that blunt,
with an appetite for life I throw myself into the whirl of discovery,
I don't even have spit in my mouth, I dissolve in this smoke,
well, this plant, every hour since then.
Food and drink taste better, work is easier to survive,
the whole day is cheerful, so don't act shy,
sit down in the circle, don't be a fool, you only have one life, so enjoy it properly.

It's ganja, a mighty wizard called ganja,
a saviour and a cure for sadness and anger,
few people understand it, people aren't willing to live free lives.

Right in the morning, as soon as I get up, I roll half a gram,
I leave the other half gram on the schedule for later,
bans everywhere, plants are illegal, but that won't stop me
from searching for the ideal spots to crawl into and let myself be seduced by grandiose buds,
now all that's left is to roll up, flop down on my back,
enjoy perfect highs without work, without effort.
